All bookings for our Super Special Deals are subjected to the following terms & conditions:
Our Super Special Deals do not apply
to Singapore Passport Holders. However, Singapore Passport holders are
welcome to book for your overseas guests.
Booking/Confirmation Policy:
All booking requests are based on first-come-first served basis and subjected to availability. As there are certain allotment number of rooms (for each hotel, each day) for these Super Special Deals, therefore, there may be times where we have to reject your booking requests.
"Validity Column" displays the dates and market segment the room rates are available for. It contains the information on whether you qualify to book the particular hotel.
For example, if it is stated that rates are for Asian Market only, and you are from Europe, you do not qualify for the rates. Similarly, if it is stated that it is "For Asian Market Except Japan", you do not qualify if you hold a Japan Passport.
Likewise, if the dates are valid for 01 Oct 2001 - 31 Oct 2001, and you need to check-in on the 31 Oct 2001 and check-out on the 02 Nov 2001,
you can only use the Super Special Deals for the date of 31 October 2001 and use our normal prepay rates (still up to 75% discount!) for the other dates 01 & 02 Nov 2001. For such cases, we will co-ordinate with you after you submit in your booking request to ensure everything is in place for your submissions.
* Note that the validities are set by hotels, wholesalers and consolidators, not by us. Please ensure that you qualify for the rates before making your bookings. *
Payment Policy:
If your booking is confirmed, the total costs of your booking will be charged
to your credit card 07 days prior to your check-in dates. If the booking are for
less than 07 days prior to your check-in dates, your credit card will be charged
immediately.
If you are paying by bank transfers (or cheques - Singapore banks only), payment
must be received at least 07 days prior to your check-in dates or we will cancel
your booking.
All confirmed bookings will be charged 07 days prior to your check-in dates.
Cancellations Policy:
More than 7 working days prior to check-in date - No Penalty
02 - 07 working days prior to check-in date - One Night Room Charge
Less than 02 working day prior to check-in date - No Refund
Changes in Rates:
There may be instances when the hotel, wholesaler or consolidator we are
working with make changes to the rates (especially during peak periods). In
such situations, you will be informed of any such changes. If we do not
receive any objections from you, we will deemed that you have accepted the
changes.
These terms & conditions will be reflected in the booking page as well
